Souqna docs

Build, operate, and publish with confidence.

The current guide to the workplace, templates, Souqy, commerce, and running your store.

Start with the right surface

Souqna now has three ways to begin. Choose the one that matches how much direction you already have.

From account to published store

The public store stays separate from your private draft until you explicitly publish it.

  1. Create the account and businessSign in, name the business, then add language, currency, and contact details.
  2. Choose a starting pointUse a template, begin in the workplace, or ask Souqy for a direction.
  3. Review the draftEdit content, products, and pages in the private preview before buyers see them.
  4. Publish when readyPublishing is explicit. Later edits return to a private draft until you publish again.

Builder and Souqna Pro

Use the visual builder for direct editing, or Souqna Pro when the job needs an AI-assisted workspace.

Visual builder

Arrange pages and blocks, edit identity and content, and inspect the result in the storefront preview. Saves remain in draft until publish.

Souqna Pro

A private workspace for asking, planning, and building. Use Ask to understand, Plan for an approval checkpoint, and Build to change the draft.

Products, pages, and brand

Keep the operating data in the account, then decide how the storefront presents it.

  • ProductsTitle, description, price, imagery, category, and inventory.
  • PagesHome, catalogue, product, policy, and custom pages.
  • BrandLogo, colours, typography, and voice in Arabic and English.

Orders, payments, and shipping

Commerce settings are owned by each storefront, so credentials and buyer flows stay scoped to the right business.

Selling and collection

Receive orders or inquiries based on the business. Enable eligible payment methods in storefront settings and manage status from Orders.

Shipping and apps

Install an integration from Apps, enter the required business credentials, then test it on that storefront before publishing.

Account, access, and billing

Your account is the source of truth for storefront ownership, plan access, integrations, and team settings.

Support and legal documents

Write in Arabic or English. Include the storefront name and the page where the problem happened.
